We publish books for professionals and general readers in a range of subjects. We are well known for our long established lists on the autism spectrum, social work, and arts therapies. More recently we have published extensively in the fields of mental health, counselling, palliative care, practical theology and gender diversity. Grethe Berg has been an occupational therapist since 1973. She became a specialist in care of the elderly in 2000 and has experience of working in psychiatry, rehabilitation, and dementia care. She has been working in the psycho-geriatric unit at Sanerud Hospital, Norway, since 1997.
