He is a Professor Emeritus with the University Canada West (UCW), a member of the UK-based Global University Systems, an Adjunct Professor with the School of Health Information Science at the University of Victoria, and a Program Chair of the Master in Information Technology Management at Yorkville University (all in BC, Canada).
